Message	Thats why its placed in the BACK of the engine bay next to the firewall to give the car true 50/50 distribution. The car puts out a lot of power, but of course, its a highly modified engine. They werent going for a full out drag car when they built it, or it would be using a 2JZ still, its for road racing, and you dont need 1,000hp for road racing. The MR2 engine makes the power it will need along with the weight savings and distribution that it needs for road courses, which is what the car was built for in the first place.
